United Methodist Charge

Our mission is to make disciples by inviting, developing, and sending people in the name of Jesus Christ through a worshipping, nurturing and teaching fellowship.

Responding to the disaster in Myanmar:

Our Church is responding the the crisis in Myanmar. On May 18, we will receive a special offering for The United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) UMCOR is already partnering with Church World Service. The Methodist Church in Myanmar is also responding, and is grateful for our prayer support and financial gifts. Please pray for the people of Myanmar, and about how God is leading you to give. UMCOR has a long history of being at disaster sites for years after the initial response, helping communities to rebuild in the long term. You may read more by going to the UMCOR website, and you may also donate online by clicking here.

May 9-10 the youth group is having a lock-in to raise money for Heifer International, an organization that provides animals to families in poverty. A flock of chickens or a cow can provide a sustainable source of food and income for families struggling to put food on the table. This year you can donate money directly to Heifer through this secure website by clicking here...
